I wish to inform you that the first procedure (C3R) was successfully carried out on Goodwin’s right eye. We have just come back from the hospital and he is sleeping. It was a one hour procedure. What remains now is to wait for the eye to fully recover before the doctors can carry out the same procedure on the left eye.
Our understanding is that the recovery period is up to one week from today (March 17). Tomorrow morning we will go back to the hospital at 8:30 AM for a review of the right eye from the doctor who conducted the procedure. Our hope and prayer is that all will be well.
